Aunt Janae

I am pretty sure that being an aunt is one of the greatest things in the world. (I hear grandma beats it, but aunt must be close second.) Last night I got to baby-sit my adorable nephew, Mason. He really is the cutest little boy ever. And we had LOTS of fun together. What did we do? Well let me show you.

We rode bikes with construction hats on:

Me: What does a dinosaur say? (He is in love with dinosaurs)
Mason: ROOOOAR!!!!
Me: What does a train say? (He also loves Thomas the Tank Engine and friends)
Mason: Choo choo!
Me: What does a cow say?
Mason: Moooo
Me: What does a cat say?
Mason: Meowww
Me: What does a bird say?
Mason: Tweet tweet!

Mason saying "otay, Janae" (okay, Janae) after everything I said.

I asked him if he was stinky and he paused for a few seconds and looked at me with sneaky eyes and said "yes." I asked if we should change his diaper and he paused for a few seconds and then looked at me again with sneaky eyes and said "yes." Then he walked right over to his changing table and we fixed it! Such a good little boy!

I spent the night at their house and woke up to Mason calling my name. Now that just warmed my heart. :)

Mason is just stinkin adorable and I'm so grateful to be his aunt!!
